Sibling Rivalry Chapter 02~Chapter 02~
After Dunstan had shut off the communication, Milieu tried to activate the two-way transmission to no avail. The only person that could make calls was Roger Dunstan, enforcing the isolation even more. He looked back at the other Douji. He didn’t try to maintain a serious face. He truly was worried, and he wasn’t going to deny that. Désir smirked and took a step forward.
“Well, you heard the old man, it’s pointless. Let’s eat something, Edile isn’t the only one hungry here.”
Vice gaped at him.
“You saw what happened when Milieu tried to use the communication system. It didn’t work, and you know that we can’t fly off or use our powers. So I say let’s make the best of it. The sooner we start getting along, the sooner we leave, right? Besides, I don’t mind it if it means I can get to know some of you guys better.”
He smiled slyly and winked at Slow, who gave him a death gl

Dad has gotten over the whole ‘no perpetual energy for you’ faze, and has decided to forgive the people and try it again. This time he made a smaller machine; the first one was too big and took too much space. This new one would still be powerful, but small enough to fit under the city. Several days later, I started noticing some strange cracks on the pavement. The streets here have been always in precarious conditions, so I didn’t think too much of it. But, then, at skool, there would be barely noticeable quakes, which were waved off by the principal as side effects of the skool being such an old structure. I, at first, accepted that as true. But as the events continued, stronger and more frequently, I realized something very bad must be happening.

We walked back to his house hand in hand, neither of us speaking. There was no need. We could have flown there, but walking gave us more time to be together. We got there an hour before Lune would be let out of school according to Jealousy, so we would have the house for ourselves for a while. He went into the kitchen to get us something to drink and I sat in the living room. I looked around the small space and noticed the big picture of Yamato Agari on the wall that looked almost like a shrine. I knew about Lune’s crush on Yamato and about their past life together, though it still surprised me that 9 centuries later that connection was as strong as ever, even if Yamato didn’t realize it fully yet. Jealousy came back with the drinks and looked at Yamato’s picture when he saw me staring at it.
“Even though he was born in this more modern time, he still has the same personality and sense of justice and responsibility he had when he

Milieu woke up with a pounding headache. He slowly opened his eyes and looked around. He sat up quickly and immediately regretted it as the sudden movement made him dizzy. He blinked a couple of times and, after making sure he wasn’t going to suffer anymore dizzying spells, he got off the unfamiliar bed. He looked around the room he was in, trying to figure out what happened. He went to the door and tried the knob. It was unlocked. Cautiously, he stepped into the hall. He was very confused, how did he get there? Where was he?
He heard a slight sound coming from the room next to the one he came from. This door was unlocked too. Probably all of them were. He opened it quietly and peered inside. Even though it was dark, he could still make out the form of the person lying on the bed. It was the
